Elsie the Cow can be seen each year at the State Fair of Texas in the Food and Fiber Pavilion

Each year, I look forward to the Borden display in the Food and Fiber Pavilion at the Texas State Fair. This photo of Elsie the Cow was taken in September, 2013. You can also see Beau the calf in the Borden exhibit. Typically, they give away free plastic milk cups.  We use our  Borden cups almost daily. They last a long time and still look great after 2 years.
